v5.7.30：Windows 植入執行檔安全修復

本版 1 個 PR merged（1 bug fix），貢獻者為 @RobinNorberg 與 @Yeachan-Heo。官方原文：

“This release fixes a security issue where omc processes on Windows could inadvertently run executables planted in the project folder.”

fix（#4768）停止 Windows 上的 omc processes（程序）執行被植入 (planted) 專案資料夾的 executables（執行檔）。這是本次跨度唯一被官方明確標示為 security issue 的修復。
